Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQs →NEXT by Movementor is a structured career guidance program designed specifically for students and young people. We combine career assessments with expert 1-on-1 counselling to help you identify your natural strengths, personality traits and career interests — and map them to the right academic stream and career opportunities. NEXT is a programme of Movementor Destinations Private Limited.
NEXT is built for school students (primarily high schoolers in classes 8th to 12th) deciding on streams and subjects, college students looking for internship/job directions, and early career professionals aiming to transition or find their authentic career fits.
Our assessment is an online psychometric tool evaluating three core components: Aptitude (what you excel at), Personality (your style of working), and Interest (what excites you). Once you purchase a package, you get a secure portal link. The assessment takes place online, and the results are automatically compiled into a comprehensive report.
The assessment typically takes around 45 to 60 minutes. You do not need to rush; it is not a test of speed but a self-discovery questionnaire. You can take it at your own pace from any device with a stable internet connection.
You will receive a highly detailed, personalized PDF Career Report mapping your top strengths, work styles, interest sectors, and a list of matching job roles. For guidance packages, this report is used as the foundation for your 1-on-1 counseling roadmap.
If you want your profile report only, the Career Assessment Report is a great starting point. If you want expert interpretation and career guidance, we highly recommend the Assessment + Online Guidance (our most chosen plan). For face-to-face sessions, choose Assessment + In-Person Guidance. For a complete career and study pathway plan, select Premium Career Planning.
Absolutely! We highly encourage parents to join the latter half of the counseling session. It helps align the student's career aspirations, academic path, and family planning for a smoother support structure.
Yes, our Premium Career Planning package is specifically designed for this. It includes guidance on top global study destinations, course selection, timeline planning, country requirements and application strategy.
Yes, your information is handled with strict confidentiality. It is used exclusively to provide assessment and guidance services and is shared only with your assigned professional counsellor, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Once completed, your report is generated in 24 hours. For guidance packages, our team will contact you to schedule your counseling session (online or in-person). Following the session, you'll receive your personalized actionable roadmap.
